Responsible for all Fixed Income and Multimarket funds at Bradesco Asset Management after the merger with HSBC Asset, where he previously worked as LATAM CIO overseeing USD 50 billion and leading 65 professionals in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Elected by Institutional Investor Magazine as Best Strategist of 2014 and for 3 consecutive years as Head of the Best Fixed Income Team by Valor Investe. He also worked at Western Asset Management, Votorantim Asset, Sul América Investimentos, ING Barings and Hedging-Griffo.
Graduated in Business Administration from FEA-USP, with specialization in finance from FIA-USP, MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore) and CFA Charterholder
FERNANDO FONTOURA, CFA
FOUNDER, FUNDAMENTAL EQUITIES PORTFOLIO MANGER
20 years of experience in the financial markets
Senior Equity Portfolio Manager, focusing on Small Caps at HSBC Global Asset Management and BRAM. During this time, the fund accumulated an outperformance of 34% to the benchmark, with an annual Information Ratio of 1.4x, above the industry average.
He was awarded "Citywire AAA Top Manager" for its performance in this strategy in Nov/2015 . Previously he held positions as research analyst and equities trader at HSBC.
Graduated in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and CFA Charterholder.
VINICIUS MARUJO
PARTNER, CREDIT AND FIXED INCOME PORTFOLIO MANAGER
15 years of experience in the financial market.
He was Trader and Co-Portfolio Manager at Journey Capital between 2017 and 2023, working directly in the management of Private Credit and Fixed Income portfolios in managed funds and portfolios. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Risk Officer and Trader for the Foreign Exchange Coupon, Interest and Cash Management books at Ícone Asset. Previously, between 2009 and 2014, he was a Risk Analyst at Gradual Corretora.
Graduated in Financial Management from FGV/IDT and has a CGA from Anbima.
LUCCA SILVA, CFA
PARTNER, FUNDAMENTAL EQUITIES
ANALYST
6 years of experience in the financial market.
He was a Variable Income Analyst at Inter Asset, covering the Financial and Basic Materials sectors and participating in the management of the equity fund. Prior to that, she was an M&A and DCM Analyst at Imeri Capital, participating in transactions across diverse sectors. He began his career as an intern at Banco Inter.
Graduated in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG, he is a CFA Charterholder.
LUIS FUJIWARA
PARTNER, CREDIT ANALYST
7 years of experience in the financial market.
He was a Credit Analyst at Devant Asset between 2017 and 2023 where he worked on managing the portfolio of private credit funds and structured Real Estate and Agro funds. Before that, he was an intern at Captiva Engenharia.
He is a civil engineer graduated from the USP Polytechnic School and has a CGA from Anbima.
FRANCISCO KOPS, CFA
PARTNER, MANAGED ACCOUNTS
18 years of experience in the financial market
Professional with experience as an equity manager and analyst on both the buy and sell side at renowned companies such as Santander, Legacy, Safra, Garde and Asset1. He also has experience in areas such as credit and accounting at companies such as Medley and E&Y.
Francisco has a degree in business administration from UFRGS and has held the CFA title since 2012.
THALES CARMO, CQF
PARTNER, ANALISTA MACRO E QUANTITATIVO
6 years of experience in the financial market.
He was a quantitative analyst at XP Inc., responsible for developing investment models in factors and quantitative analysis. Before that, he was a stock analyst, covering the Mining & Steel and Paper & Pulp sectors. He started his career at JGP.
He has a degree in Economics from Ibmec-RJ and has the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) certification from the CQF Institute.
LEONARDO SPOLIDORO
PARTNER E HEAD OF OPERATIONS
14 years of experience in the financial market.
He was a Product Control Specialist at Dunamis Trading Group, a crypto asset manager, from 2019 to 2022. Between 2017 and 2019, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Deloitte. Previously, he worked as a Broker at both XP and HSBC and interned in the operations area at JP Morgan Bank.
Graduated in Economics from PUC-SP and has a Postgraduate degree from FGV-SP.
CAMILA BITTENCOURT
PARTNER, HEAD OF COMPLIANCE, REGULATORY AND RISK
25 years of experience in the financial market.
She was responsible for Fiduciary Administration and Operations at Finaxis, Terra Investimentos and BV. He worked in various areas of investment banking operations, brokerages, administrators and asset managers, such as Bank of America, BNP Paribas Brasil, Santander Brasil and Western Asset Management.
She has a degree in Business Administration from ESAN / FEI.
RODRIGO DUTRA VAZ
PARTNER, INVESTOR RELATIONS
34 years of experience in the financial market.
Before Persevera, Rodrigo was Commercial Director at Fator Administração de Recursos. Previously, he was Statutory Director of Banco Fator, being responsible for brokerage and private banking. From 2009 to 2016, he was a partner at GPS Planning Financeiro, currently the Julius Baer Family Office, responsible for managing global funds of funds.
He has a degree in Administration from FEA-USP and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
